Beth Allison White

Beth’s practice includes family law, child protection, real estate, wills and estates. She also acts as an agent for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.

Background and Education

Beth was born and raised in Roland, Manitoba, attended Midland Carman Collegiate, the University of Manitoba and University of Saskatchewan. She graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1985 on the Dean’s Honour List with a Bachelor of Human Ecology, majoring in Family Studies – Economics and Finance.

Beth has resided in Kenora, Ontario, since 1983, where she raised three children with her late husband. She is now a proud grandmother.

A former Court Clerk and Customs Inspector, Beth received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2007. After articling with Hook, Seller & Lundin LLP, she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 and joined as an associate. Beth became a partner at the firm in 2013.

Professional Associations

A member of the the Kenora District Law Association, Beth is active in the legal community as well as her local community and church. After spending many years as a “hockey mom” and assisting in the organization of the Kenora Dragon Boat Festival, she currently volunteers at the Kenora Bass Tournament.
