Reid’s practice areas include residential and cottage real estate, real estate development work, and First Nation law with interests in corporate law, employment law and litigation.

The practice of Law is a second career for Reid who’s first career was working extensively in politics and First Nation Governance. Reid was the Executive Director of Grand Council Treaty #3 for 6 years where he was exposed to a variety of legal issues that inspired his decision to practice law himself. Having worked for three different elected representatives Reid brings a wide range of prior experience and practical, real-life problem solving skills to the practice of law.

Reid occupies his time as a community volunteer and pursuing his interests in boating , sailing, skiing and playing squash and golf.

Reid joined Hook, Seller & Lundin LLP as an associate on August 1st, 2012 in his 4th year of practice.

Achievements
During law school, Reid was selected to the University of Manitoba Laskin Moot team and had his evidence exam provided to the class to demonstrate exemplary legal analysis.
Far more important, is Reid’s pride in the small role he is playing in raising two wonderful daughters Hannah and Emelia.
